1 clove of Garlic, Crushed.

Pepper
Slice the Carp into strips, pull out all the fish bones to make it boneless and can enjoy eating later without disturbances. Marinate it with Salt and Pepper. Preheat the pan with oil. Put the strips of carp into the pan with some extra space to each other, then put immediately the crushed garlic around the fish and spaces. Cover the pan and let the heat inside to cook the fish, check regularly if the fish is done and the other side is crispy. DO NOT TURN THE FISH TO THE OTHER SIDE.
It can be serve soy sauce with calamansi.
