TAWGHE SUYHA CERI

This is what we had for lunch today. 

1/4 kilo - mongo sprout
2 cubes - tofu, sliced
1 club - garlic, minced
1 bulb - native onion, medium
salt
pepper
cooking oil

Saute half the minced garlic and onion with the salt and pepper until golden brown. Then add mongo sprout, continue mixing until the sprouts are equally cooked. Then put in the remaining garlic and onion.Turn the stove off then cover. The second batch of garlic and onion will then be cooked by the heat of the cooked mongo sprouts.

Pre-heat pan then pour cooking oil. When cooking oil is hot enough, deep fry sliced tofu. When the tofu turns brown and crispy, put it in a plate then serve.

Good for 2 persons.
